* Fields in italics will only be imported when the record is first created in Karmly - on subsequent synchronisations the field will not be updated, so any changes should be managed directly in Karmly as required.

** Placement types in Bullhorn will be checked to see if they contain any of the following terms, and the Placement Type will be set in Karmly based on the first match found. If no matching term is found, the placement will be created as a Contractor type placement.

  • 'Labour Hire' = Labour Hire

  • 'Perm' = Permanent

  • 'Temp' = Contractor

  • 'Contract' = Contractor

  • 'Fee' = Service Fee

  • 'Credit' = Credit Note

In some cases, custom field mappings can be created for your Karmly account if you wish to further customise the way your data flows through to Karmly - contact us at support@karmly.com if you'd like to discuss customisation options.
