To manage your Karmly login details, including your username and password, click on the company logo in the top right and click on your name.
From the My Profile page, you have several options.
Click the blue Edit button to change certain login profile details.
Contact Name - The name associated with your user profile.
Contact Number - The contact number associated with your user profile.
Login Email - Change the email address associated with your account for logging in.
Login Username - Enter a custom profile username. When logging in to PayHero going forward you can use either your email address or username.
Change Password
Change password takes you to the following pop-up. Enter your old password, then enter and confirm your new password. Click Save to save your new password.
Two Factor Authentication
You'll also be able to setup Two Factor Authentication, if desired. First, click Set up Two Factor Authentication.
Next, use your preferred authenticator app (e.g. Google Authenticator) to scan the QR Code that's displayed. Enter the verification code that's displayed on your authenticator app and click Confirm.
Once 2FA is set up, you'll be prompted to confirm a new code each time you log in.
You'll need to open the authenticator app you used to verify originally to find the appropriate code for your PayHero login.
Connect to Google
Selecting Connect to Google allows you to connect your Google account to PayHero, enabling you to log in using your Google account details.
