Client Created At - New field added to the Client table in My Reports for 'Created At' to assist with auditing when clients were added to Invoxy, or checking details of most recently added clients.

Fixes:
Reinstating FlexiTime Employees - Fixed an issue that prevented our new feature of reinstating finished employees in FlexiTime from working correctly.
Rounding Errors - Fixed an issue with differences in rounding between total duration and break duration that resulted in a minor total discrepancy.
