When you add consultants to the Placement Team you can set up ownership percentages to split revenue, margin and commission calculations accordingly.
This percentage represents the proportion of Revenue/Gross Margin that should be attributed to the consultant from the Placement. This allows you to have multiple consultants on a Placement with split percentages for commission calculations, if desired. In the example above, Charlie and Valerie will each have 50% of the Revenue/Gross Margin included in their commission calculations and any consultant reporting throughout Karmly.
On a consultant profile (under Manage > People) you can also view and edit their ownership % for each placement.
There are no restrictions on Ownership Percentages - the total Ownership % on a placement can be more than 100% and a single consultant can also have more than 100% ownership on a placement, so it's up to you to set the Ownership as desired.
