Approval Requests for Clients

Approvers can manage approval requests straight from their emails, with no need to create a Karmly account.

Approve Time

Clicking the Approve Time button will instantly approve the request - please ensure you're happy with the contents of the request before clicking Approve Time. Some companies may choose to only show the View Request button.

View Request

To view full details, click View Request. A new tab will open in your default browser showing the details of the request. From there you can choose to Approve/Reject the request, and provide an optional reason.

A final screen will show the completion of your chosen response.

Request Complete

Once the request is complete, the candidate will be notified that their time has either been approved or rejected.

Viewing and Approving within Karmly

If the approver is a Contact who has been invited into Karmly, they can view the timesheets and manage approvals within Karmly.
